Warranty

All ONKRON products come with a warranty period from 1 to 5 years (the exact period is specified in the technical documentation).
 
 All items undergo a three-stage quality control and are tested under loads higher than stated to ensure the reliability and safety of ONKRON solutions.
 
 ONKRON products are built to last for many years. And if any issues arise, just contact us and we will find a solution.
 
 Replacement of defective products is possible within the warranty period, provided that the operating rules are followed. If a product or component is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative.
 
 The warranty does not cover damages resulting from incorrect initial installation or violation of operating conditions.
